I have a Xerox Phaser 8560 with a VERY strange problem. No Windows users can print to it (We are still an XP shop). Here are the details:
Printing from the user's computer results in jobs that error "Error - Printing".
Printing directly to the printer via IP (Add Printer > Local Printer > TCP/IP Port) yields the same result.
Printing a test page from the print server (Server 2003) results in error.
However, I can print to the printer direct via IP via OS X just fine! I've tried multiple Windows systems which results in the same error and multiple OS X systems with the same success.
The user can print to other printers (both Xerox and other) via the print server just fine.
There was no problem in June, and there were no configuration changes between then and now. Any ideas??
