Hello Spiceheads, here is a question for everyone. I have several Xerox Phaser 4510 network printers at the school campus that I work. I have updated the firmware successfully on all but one. I suspect that a teacher or faculty member either cancelled the update on the LCD screen or unplugged it, either way I am not sure. The update stopped at about 82% and it no longer exists on the network. I went to have a look at the printer in person, but the LCD screen is blank even though the printer is turned on and you can hear it power on. How can I force the firmware update without being able to access the interface or what other fix may exist for this issue? Thanks in advance!
