Just have to say this as it is a direct reflection on Xerox.
Some time ago we had a "Xerox Agent" that came in and setup two machines. wc7220/wc7845. These were replacing aging Xerox ones.
As I was NOT involved in acquiring these, my role was to simply provide the network support info\IP required etc. Basic stuff.
Time goes by.........then a user wants to print from the USB jack. To do so you NEED a "feature key". Ok no biggy, I'll get them quoted.
Go to my Xerox Agent.....ohhh, these should have come with the machine?? Really? So if they came with the machine, why didn't you install them??
Anyway, this needed to be looked up in the big "XEROX" tower somewhere. F\K was purchased for one machine, but apparently not the other. OK. Getting somewhere.
So where is my Feature Key I ask? It should be with the paperwork that came with the machine....
