In one of our offices, we have a Xerox 6360 as we do here at HO as in other offices. The difference being that one has the option of secure print and one does not. Both are using the same GPD on user machines as well. The only difference between them is one of them is newer (the one that secure print works on) and the other is older. The newer one has 8.35 listed as the operating system and the other 8.26.
The latest firmware Xerox offers on their website is 8.26, it would seem. Is there anyway to clone firmware versus just settings or is there anywhere that this newer firmware is released that I am missing?
Can anyone else think of any reasons why secure print would be missing?
