Hey there,
We have trouble getting a brand new Phaser 3320 to print over network. It is configuried with a static IP and I can ping the printer and can connect to the CWIS no problem. I can even print a page but after a minute the printer goes offline and I have to restart the spooler service to get it back online.
Things I already tried to no avail:
- using the PS driver instead of the PCL6
- disabling the SNMP status in the port settings
- disabling SNMP on the printer directly
- choosing a completly different SNMP community string
- installing the Microsoft hotfix2713128
- adding the DWORD "SNMPLegacy" with value "1" toHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print
Windows troubleshooting claims the printer has no power and the Xerox status window shows the printer in sleep mode.
Any ideas what to try next?
